What kind of proxy should I use for multiple Facebook accounts?
Long-term static native-ISP addresses, one per account, dedicated rather than shared. An ad account's standing accumulates over time, and a change of exit invites the platform to reassess it from scratch. To be plain about it: no proxy prevents restrictions. The exit is one clustering signal, and creative, spend behaviour and account history are all still being read.
How many ad accounts can share one static IP?
For accounts you care about, one each. Once several sit behind a single exit and the platform clusters them, one restriction pulls the rest into review with it. Low-risk read-only accounts can share, but accounts that already share assets inside Business Manager are explicitly linked anyway — separating their exits buys you very little.
Is a repeated checkpoint on login caused by my IP?
Sometimes, but not always. The most common trigger is a jump in login geography — an account that lives in Singapore suddenly arriving from Frankfurt will nearly always be challenged, and hosting ranges raise the odds further. If the address has been steady and the checkpoints keep coming, the cause is usually the device profile, the cookie state or the account's own history, and no change of exit clears that.
Can I log into Facebook through rotating residential proxies?
Not advisable. The point of a rotating exit is that the identity changes on a schedule, which is precisely what an account login does not want — every change is another reason to re-verify. The right use for rotating plans here is the logged-out half of the work: public ad library research, competitor page monitoring, and checking that landing pages behave correctly by region.
