VN · Vietnam residential proxies that hold a two-hour live session on real Ho Chi Minh City broadband

Vietnam residential proxy IPs

Native Viettel, VNPT and FPT ASNs across Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong and Can Tho, with city and carrier targeting, and IEPL transit available for the weeks the submarine cables are down.

  • When AAG or APG goes down for a fortnight, an exit that routes out of the country takes live sessions and crawlers with it
  • Vietnamese live selling moves fast, and one exit change mid-session empties the room
  • Several Shopee VN and Lazada VN back-ends behind one exit get clustered, and they enter review together

IP health check

A Vietnam exit here is a native address allocated by a carrier that serves homes locally — reverse ASN and WHOIS both come back residential, never a hosting range.Vietnam Fraud scores stay under 5%, so the major risk databases read the address as an ordinary household.Vietnam Long-term static IPs stay dedicated to one customer, while rotating exits are configurable from 1 to 360 minutes with sticky sessions up to 120.

Vietnam Market insight & local resources

Vietnamese broadband is effectively three carriers — Viettel, VNPT and FPT Telecom — with MobiFone and CMC filling the gaps. ZapIP holds native residential addresses in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong and Can Tho, targetable by city and carrier: long-term static for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop Vietnam account work, rotating residential per GB for price and content collection. Vietnam's international capacity rides a handful of failure-prone submarine cables, so anything latency-sensitive can run over IEPL transit and skip the congested segment.

Vietnam residential proxy use cases

  • Suited to Vietnamese live selling and short-video accounts: one IP each, sessions that do not drop
  • Keeping Shopee VN and Lazada VN seller back-ends isolated from each other
  • VND pricing and competitor promotion collection, split by city and carrier
  • A fallback path for cable-break weeks: residential exits layered over IEPL transit

VietnamFour things worth checking before you buy in this market

Native ASN, not a broadcast range

The address is allocated by a carrier that actually serves homes here, not an offshore hosting IP re-announced with a local geolocation. ASN lookup, WHOIS and the commercial IP databases all return the same answer.

City and carrier targeting

Pin an exit to a city, or to a named ISP and ASN, so the login location, the shipping address and the IP registration line up instead of telling three different stories about where the account lives.

Purity checked continuously

Every IP clears reputation and blocklist checks before it enters the pool and gets rechecked while it is live. Flagged addresses drop out automatically, which is what holds request success at 99.9%.

No architecture change needed

HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 in full, with user:pass auth, IP allowlisting or API extraction, ready configs for anti-detect browsers, Scrapy and Playwright, and no cap on concurrency.

VietnamA dedicated line for live and latency-sensitive work

In live selling the problem is rarely raw speed — it is the reconnect that leaves the frame frozen. An IEPL line pins the leg between China and the local exit so it stops riding congested public routes, then lands on a local home-broadband IP. It fits livestream commerce, cross-border calls and real-time data feeds, where one drop means starting the session over.

Vietnam residential IP FAQ

Vietnam's submarine cables keep breaking — how do you keep a route stable?

Vietnam's international capacity leans on the AAG, APG, AAE-1 and IA cables, and a break that takes two or three weeks to repair happens most years — latency on any route leaving the country multiplies while it lasts. Our exits sit on Viettel, VNPT and FPT broadband inside Vietnam, so the last hop is domestic. For live streaming and real-time collection you can layer IEPL transit on top to bypass the congested public segment, and switch routes from the console when an outage starts. Network uptime is 99.9% with average response under 0.6s.

What kind of IP should a Vietnamese live-selling account run on?

A dedicated long-term static IP on a local broadband ASN, one per account. Live selling asks something different from scraping: not throughput but hours without an interruption, and swapping the exit mid-session reads as a login from somewhere else, which is expensive to recover from. Sticky sessions up to 90 minutes cover rehearsal and setup, but production accounts should stay static. We supply the network — it suits day-to-day TikTok Shop Vietnam operations, while the account itself still has to meet that platform's own terms.

How do Vietnam's data rules affect proxy-based collection?

Decree 13/2023, Vietnam's personal data protection decree, sets explicit rules for collecting, processing and transferring personal data, and Decree 53/2022 adds local-storage and local-representation duties for some services. In practice, public listing, price, review and ranking data sits at the low-risk end; the moment you touch anything identifying a person you need a lawful basis, and changing IP substitutes for none of it. Our acceptable use policy prohibits scraping sensitive personal data regardless, and your own position is a question for local counsel rather than a proxy vendor.

Viettel, VNPT or FPT — does the carrier behind the IP matter?

Viettel has the widest footprint and is often the only option outside the big cities; VNPT holds a large share of Hanoi and the north; FPT is strong in urban Ho Chi Minh City and usually carries the best international routing. For account work any of the three is fine — what matters is picking one and staying on it rather than hopping between ASNs. For regional price and promotion collection, splitting by ASN gets you closer to what a given user actually sees. The console targets by both city and ASN.
