Can I target a specific Chinese city?
Yes — more than 310 cities, filtered by province and then city, with the carrier and geolocation of each IP shown before you buy. It matters more here than in most markets: prices, stock and recommended placements on domestic platforms are frequently not the same dataset in a tier-one city and an inland provincial capital.
How do China residential IPs differ from your overseas residential pool?
Only in where the exit sits and what it is for. Domestic IPs are for work that has to be observed from inside China — localisation checks, price and inventory verification, regional-difference analysis. The overseas pool covers cross-border commerce, social operations and international data collection. Both live in the same console and can run side by side on separate billing.
How are dedicated China IPs billed?

What compliance rules apply?
All lines are licensed and traceable to their origin. Use must comply with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of China and with ZapIP's acceptable use policy — no unauthorised system access, no collection you have no right to perform, no unlawful activity.
